We have had experience building an entire wing/addition to a house before from the ground up. Electrical, plumbing, concrete, permits, everything concievable was needed and done.

In this project, the owner has a driveway that has one concrete slab sinking lower every year.

Digging around and under the existing concrete so we can add some wooden infrastructure to prevent further sinking.

We are comfortable repairing or replacing exterior plumbing.

In this project the owner wanted a 2-story porch/sunroom added to his house. We said "Ok, sure!"

From an earlier project, we knew that this porch extension's roof needed to be held down by hurricane ties, or the building inspector would not approve of it and set out fines and violations.

No matter how large the wooden crosspiece, we have techniques and machines able to lift it to the second floor addition.

After advising the homeowner that first he needed to pay a professional to create a blueprint, then to contact the his homeowner's association and submit said blueprint, we could start the project without worrying about being stopped for violating anything.
