Residential Interior Remodeling

Our company started out by one single referral done for a hardwood flooring job. My friend had asked me if I knew anybody who was good at taking out carpet and placing hardwood floor on top. I recommended my friend, Fernando Varez, who had just done our house's floors. Fernando asked if I could help him find more referrals, and thus a company that helps match project needers with high quality project doers was born.

Our process with integrating new employees into our company is as follows: First, we assign the new worker as a helper to some of our other experienced professionals. After a few initial projects with our new worker on low-risk aspects of the project, we will evaluate his work and ask our professional worker's their opinion of the new worker's skills and knowledge. If they are doing well so far, then we slowly elevate them to the more important aspects of new projects. Through this system, we can always guarentee the professionalism and expertise of our handymen.

Hardwood flooring, carpet removal, is our specialty.

After the old carpet or hardwood floor is removed, we can begin to install a new one.

We can also go the other direction; installing carpeting.

We are comfortable with tile projects as well. Which usually start with removing the old tile.

New tile is finished installing.

Applying coating to new tile.

Entire area coated.

Shiny, finished product.

Want to turn a small, useless room in your house into a new laundry/bathroom, but have no pre-existing plumbing existing?

We have no problem opening up the floor, extending pipes into the room, re-doing the floor, and turning your room into a bathroom.

In this project, the area before we started working was simply an empty, unused cieling area. There was no floor, just empty space to create a vaulted cieling in one room.

The owner wanted to make use of that space, and make us of it we did. We added an entire loft extension so that the owner can now have a private study, or playroom, or anything he would want it to be.

Adding floor and cutting a door into the wall.

Creating a small staircase where there was just solid wall before.

Finished small stairs.

New floor and new railings

The finished product.

Our professional workers.
